Lance Bradley is the former CEO of not one, but two of the UK’s largest rugby clubs in Gloucester Rugby and Ospreys Rugby. Under his leadership the clubs navigated a series of external headwinds and financial pressures that would test even the most hardened of corporate leaders.
Prior to his career in rugby, Lance spent nearly three decades in the automotive sector, working with Ford and Mitsubishi Motors. Under his leadership, Mitsubishi built major sponsorships in rugby, including partnerships with England Rugby and Gloucester.
Outside of rugby and automotive he is the Chairman of Gloucestershire Brewery, a tastier and hopefully less stressful endeavour.

Lance is a candid, open, and genuinely interesting speaker and moderator with great stories to tell from his time in rugby and around it – fun, the good and the bad. On a more serious note, he’s an expert in commercial topics such as management, marketing, strategy, sports management, and improving businesses.
