Pablo Longoria is one most recognised football and sports leaders in the world. He is known for his phenomenal skills and knowledge of football both on and off the pitch. His career so far – at the remarkable age of 40 – has seen him work for many of the leading clubs in in Europe, including Juventus, Valencia, Newcastle United, and Olympique Marseille.
He is most known being part of the transformation of Olympique Marseille from 2021-2026 where, as the Club’s President, he worked with American investor Frank McCourt, the club’s owner, to overhaul the club’s squad and off pitch performance.
In the summer 2026 he took a transfer of his own and is now Sporting Director at Club Atlético River Plate in Argentina, appointed by businessman Stéfano Di Carlo.
